In the winter of 1993 Frank discovered "THE HAZIES", a band from Tampa, Florida, which he signed to EMI Records in 1994. That partnership yielded two Top Ten singles at Mainstream and Active rock from their debut album "VINNIE SMOKIN IN THE BIG ROOM". "SKIN & BONES", and "TRIP FREE LIFE" were both favorites among rock radio programmers.
